Getting inspired to create a list of delicious meals means that I can go into auto-pilot during the week. I will already have a fridge stocked full of healthy groceries with a plan in place. These meals are some of my families go to favorites. We all love lettuce wraps because they are easily customizable. Salads are also an easy way to please everyone. Charcuterie boards or adult snacks are my way of pulling together whatever is in the fridge and calling it a meal.
The Grocery List Printable is a rough list that doesn’t include staples that I would usually keep on hand. If I’m out of Sriracha, for example, I would add it in the notes section. I also like to add quantities to the list once I’m ready to actually make my order or run to the store. For example: I will get cauliflower *3.
