After one successful cooking experience with the Instant Pot, I decided to brave the rice cooking function. Brown Rice is a go to for dinners in my house, I love the bite and the nutty flavor, it’s the perfect base for my favorite vegetable stir-fry. The nutty rice pairs perfectly with the ginger, garlic and fish sauce…Yummy!

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Long Grain Brown Rice
- 4 Cups Vegetable Stock
Instructions
- Add Rice and Stock to Instant Pot.
- Attach lid.
- Set to sealing.
- Select Rice Function.
- Allow to vent naturally for 15 minutes.
- Release remaining pressure.
- Open and fluff rice.
The ingredients and instructions are incredibly simple but the results were a perfectly al dente nutty brown rice. It was absolutely amazing! I cannot tell you how many times I have over or under cooked brown rice, this is a game changer for my love of rice! I will definitely be making rice in the instant pot from now on, Zucchini Ginger Stir-Fry is one of my favorite things to adorn this perfect rice 🙂
