The best part of using fresh herbs with sea salt is that the salt preserves the freshness of the herbs so that you can keep it in your spice cabinets for days to weeks. I love using this salt on meats and in cooking sauces to add an even more elevated flavor profile to any of your dishes.
- 3 tbs fresh rosemary
- 3 tbs fresh basil
- 3 tbs fresh thyme
- 1/2 cup coarse sea salt
