A Stir-Fry is a quick and easy way to use up the contents of my vegetable drawer, the ingredients vary every time I make this family favorite. I generally serve this ginger and garlicy deliciousness with either brown rice or whole wheat pasta. Occasionally my kids get lucky and I will serve it in a steaming bowl of Ramen, no matter how it is served everyone loves it!
